- Collaborate with the Clienteling Director to develop and execute in-store and out-store event concepts aligned with Maison guidelines and regional strategies.
- Support the implementation of client animations, ensuring seamless coordination with regional and central teams, including logistics, vendor communication, and inventory management.
- Define targets for client events, track performance, and provide recommendations through comprehensive reporting at regional, store, and client advisor levels.
- Manage in-store event budgets, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
- Conduct continuous benchmarking of competitors on client experience topics.
- Develop and implement bespoke experiences for top clients, enhancing the regional client database.
- Assist the retail team in offering personalized customer experiences and support client identification for high-end events.
- Organize client treatment logistics for high-end events, including hotel selection and personalized itineraries.
- Oversee budget allocation for top client experiences and manage high-end treatment budgets.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of initiatives at the local market and client level, staying informed on market trends and competitive activities.
- Active student pursuing a degree in Business Management or Marketing.
- Experience in clienteling or CRM within a luxury or fashion environment.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate ranging from $16.50 to $18.00.
