- Implement regional clienteling programs locally in collaboration with store teams.
- Manage communication of clienteling initiatives, directives, and campaigns to stores.
- Engage with priority clients during key moments and routine interactions.
- Identify local needs and define client programs to recruit, convert, and retain clients, enhancing store performance.
- Foster a client-focused culture within retail teams.
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to develop action plans for performance improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end planning for event activities and campaign preparations.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks, deliverables, and payments.
- Track initiative performance and collaborate with regional teams for future program recommendations.
- Monitor budget consumption and assess return on investment.
- Degree or higher qualification required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in client development within the luxury sector.
- Experience in store, client, and event management.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills with adaptability.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Analytical skills for monitoring clienteling initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for engagement across levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Minimum of 5 years in client development within the luxury sector, with experience in store, client, and event management.
Degree or higher qualification required.
