- Respond to client inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide personalized advice and service, leveraging extensive knowledge of Celine's iconic products and categories.
- Assist clients with online orders and strive to meet revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Address and resolve client claims, issues, and complaints, both digital and in-store.
- Support operational functions such as fraud review, ASQ claims, and refund processing.
- Passion for fashion with a keen awareness of current trends.
- Experience in customer service or retail, with luxury experience being advantageous.
