Celine Client and Stock Advisor

1. Greet and advise clients, delivering personalised service and product storytelling consistent with the Maison’s identity.
2. Drive sales through consultative selling, cross-selling complementary items and contributing to store targets.
3. Manage all stockroom operations: receipt of deliveries, quality control, packaging and storage with strict adherence to internal procedures.
4. Process transfers, replenishments and integrations of product on the shop floor to ensure availability and merchandised presentation.
5. Plan and execute regular rotating inventories and prepare statutory (tax) inventories in collaboration with the manager and head office.
6. Identify and investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions with management.
7. Support operational store life: visual merchandising, after‑sales service, customer bookings and administrative tasks related to stock.
8. Act as an ambassador of the brand, embodying CELINE’s spirit through professionalism, discretion and creativity.

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector, with demonstrable retail and stockroom responsibilities.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; an additional language is a plus.
3. Strong organisational skills, rigor and attention to detail, particularly in inventory and stock control procedures.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
5. Comfortable with digital tools; experience with CEGID preferred.

Minimum three years of hands-on sales experience in the fashion or luxury retail sector, including responsibility for stockroom operations, inventory control and customer-facing duties.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or luxury management advantageous.
