1. Deliver an exceptional, personalized level of customer service to build long‑term client relationships and loyalty.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales objectives through consultative selling, cross‑selling and up‑selling.
3. Respond promptly and tactfully to customer enquiries across channels and manage transaction follow‑through at the cashier.
4. Proactively contact existing and prospective clients to inform them of store events, launches and services.
5. Support daily store operations including stock‑taking, replenishment, receiving new arrivals and maintaining sales floor presentation.
6. Assist with visual merchandising, window and in‑store displays to ensure alignment with brand standards.
7. Provide operational support for in‑store events and ensure compliance with health, safety and store security procedures.

1. College diploma or higher.
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; retail experience preferred and luxury retail experience is an advantage.
3. Fluency in Mandarin; additional language skills are a plus.
4. Demonstrated customer‑service orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Professional demeanour, good fashion sense and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
