1. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable environment.
2. Contribute to sales development and achievement of sales objectives.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and advise clients.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
5. Propose complementary products proactively.
6. Build and maintain privileged relationships with customers.
7. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
10. Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH Group, embodying brand spirit with creativity and excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for an optimal experience.
3. Challenge-oriented with a strong team spirit.
4. Excellent service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
