- Serve as a brand ambassador by adhering to CELINE's grooming and uniform standards.
- Foster a positive and professional demeanor while demonstrating enthusiasm for CELINE's products.
- Maintain open and constructive communication with team members.
- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with CELINE's selling ceremony.
- Expand the local client network and convert prospective clients.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships by understanding their desires and providing memorable service beyond the sales process.
- Capture and update relevant client information to enhance client retention and identify high-potential clients.
- Maintain contact with key clients through various channels to arrange appointments and share product information.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, meeting all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Monitor merchandise inventory and inform management about replenishment needs.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards as directed.
- Ensure proficient use of POS systems and participate in inventory management.
- Maintain store functionality and adhere to stock room guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
- High sensitivity and knowledge of fashion and products.
- Ability to exceed customer expectations by understanding their needs.
- Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
- Service-oriented with natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
