1. Achieve and exceed sales objectives by providing exceptional customer service.
2. Offer solutions to customers and maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
3. Handle customer inquiries and follow up on transactions at the cashier counter.
4. Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers regarding store events.
5. Support stock taking, replenishment, and sales floor cleanliness.
6. Assist with merchandising arrivals and in-store events.
7. Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
8. Enforce safety, health, and security rules.

1. College degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
3. Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.

2. Service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
3. Tactful in handling customers and possessing good fashion sense.
4. Independent work ethic.
5. Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

At least 1 year of relevant experience, with a preference for retail and luxury industry backgrounds.

College degree or higher.
