1. Deliver exceptional customer service to clientele.
2. Maximize sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
3. Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
4. Oversee transactions at the cashier counter.
5. Conduct follow-up communications with existing and potential clients regarding store events.
6. Assist in stock management, replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
7. Support merchandising of new arrivals and visual merchandising displays.
8. Contribute to the execution of in-store events.
9. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols.

1. College degree or higher.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with retail or luxury industry experience.
