1. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
2. Contribute to sales development and achieve sales targets.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise.
4. Propose complementary products proactively.
5. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
6. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
7. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
8. Support the brand's digital initiatives.
9. Represent Celine and LVMH with creativity and excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
3. Strong team spirit and challenge-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent service orientation, curiosity, and empathy.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
