1. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction values.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, or other issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Proficient in using various software packages.
3. Strong client book preferred.
4. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
5. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.

2. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

$23-$26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
