- Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding individual and collective sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective cross‑selling.
- Deliver exemplary client experiences by welcoming, advising and servicing clients with personalised clienteling and product storytelling to cultivate long‑term loyalty.
- Maintain impeccable visual standards and personal presentation to reflect the Maison’s aesthetic and brand image.
- Support operational excellence by complying with internal procedures, inventory and loss‑prevention protocols, and ensuring smooth daily store operations.
- Foster a collaborative team spirit, sharing product knowledge and supporting colleagues to meet shared objectives.
- Minimum of 1 year professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable commercial mindset with strong product knowledge and a client‑centred approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, adaptability, initiative and a service orientation.

At least 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry, with proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
