- Drive store sales and contribute to achievement of point‑of‑sale targets through proactive client acquisition and conversion.
- Welcome, advise and deliver exceptional, personalised experiences to clientele while sharing expert product knowledge.
- Identify and propose complementary products; apply upselling and cross‑selling techniques to increase average transaction value.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and contribute to client retention and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure impeccable presentation and upkeep of the boutique (visual merchandising, replenishment, transfers, stock management).
- Support after‑sales service operations and adhere to internal procedures, guidelines and quality standards.
- Participate in the store’s digital evolution and act as an ambassador for the CELINE brand and group values.
- Minimum two years’ professional experience in sales within fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with demonstrable knowledge of leather goods and accessories.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and deliver highly personalised service exceeding expectations.
- Commercial drive with a taste for targets and collaborative achievement of objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: initiative, service orientation, curiosity, empathy and adaptability.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.

At least 2 years of hands‑on sales experience in the fashion or luxury sector, preferably within boutique or flagship store environments.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
