1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels such as email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store's image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Business school or university education, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong client book preferred.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Technical proficiency with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
4. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.

Compensation ranges from $19 to $26 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
