- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels such as email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up consistently on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store's image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Business school or university education, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client book preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
- Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges from $19 to $26 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
