- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction value.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels including email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a comprehensive client book.
- Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Business School or University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client book management skills preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Proficiency in various software programs; tech-savvy.
- Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
