1. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
3. Candidates with existing client books are strongly preferred.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
