2. Contribute to sales development and achievement of sales objectives.
3. Advise customers and provide exceptional customer service.

6. Build and maintain privileged and lasting relationships with customers.
7. Participate actively in store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal customer experience.
3. Taste for challenge and strong team spirit.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in German and English; a third language is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in sales, particularly within the fashion or luxury sector, is required.
