1. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
2. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales
3. Adhere to all company policies
4. Capture relevant customer information for database entry
5. Promote store events through various communication channels
6. Maintain and expand a client book
7. Follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues
8. Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed

1. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales
3. Candidates with client books strongly preferred

1. Strong sales acumen
2. Proficiency in using various software packages
3. Service orientation and customer focus
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
5. Foreign language skills are a plus

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
