1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives.
2. Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to enhance sales and maximize transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Collect and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels, including email and phone.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up consistently on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining store appearance and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Proficiency in computer operations and software applications.

1. Possession of a client book is highly preferred.
2. Strong desire to work in retail with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
5. Service-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
7. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
