1. Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of sales objectives.
2. Welcome and advise customers, providing excellent customer service.
3. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
4. Propose complementary products proactively.
5. Build privileged and lasting relationships with customers.
6. Participate in store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management.
7. Control and respect internal procedures and guidelines.
8. Support the digital evolution of the brand.
9. Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the group.
10. Embody the brand spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 3 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs
3. Taste for challenge and team spirit
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy
5. Fluent in German and English; a third language is a plus

A minimum of 3 years in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector.
