- Contribute to sales development and achieve common sales objectives.
- Welcome and advise customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers.
- Propose complementary products proactively.
- Build and maintain privileged and lasting customer relationships.
- Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
- Support the digital evolution of the brand.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group.
- Embody the brand spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Team spirit and taste for challenges.
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent experience.
Master's or Bachelor's degree
