Celine Assistant VIC & High-End Client Event

- Support the team in coordinating and implementing strategic event actions for VIC and High-End offerings to enhance client retention and development.
- Define and monitor client activation plans to support collection launches and local animations in collaboration with regional teams.
- Assist in the setup and follow-up of High-End events, including couture and high leather goods.
- Participate in the creation of presentations, including timelines and project proposals.
- Centralize client selection, hospitality programs, and event needs for regional and international events.
- Coordinate the implementation of worldwide activation plans in collaboration with HQ departments such as Image, VM, Press, and Purchasing.
- Coordinate logistics and shipment of Couture pieces, including ATA carnet setup, packing lists, and pro-forma invoices.
- Develop and manage event assets with HQ departments, including goodies, invitations, and menus.
- Support regional teams in organizing local animations, including sharing HD files and tracking deliveries.
- Assist in managing Couture pieces for client appointments.
- Manage invoices and track payments.
- Monitor stock of gifts, goodies, and Couture tools.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research new trends.
- Participate in the implementation and adherence to guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree +5 from a business school or university, or equivalent.
- Initial experience in event organization and project management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrates rigor, flexibility, and creativity.
- Dynamic and responsive.
Entry-level experience in event organization and project management is preferred.
Bachelor's degree +5 from a business school or university, or equivalent.
