1. Assist in the operational follow-up of product development, including updating collection tracking documents such as collection plans and reference listings.
2. Contribute to the creation of sales support tools, including drafting collection briefs, training books for sales teams, and product descriptions for the website.
3. Conduct benchmarking on specific topics.
4. Support the coordination of collection photoshoots in collaboration with Image, CRM, and Digital teams.
5. Manage samples, including the referencing, ordering, and receiving of prototypes and samples for the showroom, loans (to factories in Italy, press, image, and other teams), and archiving.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4/5) at a business school or equivalent university program.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Interest in fashion and footwear.
3. Sensitivity to leather craftsmanship.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

A preliminary experience in product development is advantageous.

Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4/5) in Business or equivalent.
