Cartier Workshop Manager

- Define the vision and communicate the direction of the New Creations Department.
- Set objectives and develop team members through performance and professional development reviews.
- Manage and communicate the production schedule to all stakeholders.
- Oversee the metal stock management of the workshop.
- Monitor and report on workshop performance indicators.
- Lead daily meetings to address issues and engage team members.
- Plan and schedule production workflows and manage short to medium-term capacity.
- Alert and propose solutions for workload imbalances.
- Communicate regularly on activities and lead optimization projects.
- Foster relationships with support services, external partners, and subcontractors.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and anticipate future needs including recruitment and training.
- Manage predictive and corrective maintenance requirements.
- Significant experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in team management is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening capabilities.
