2. Lead continuous improvement projects for the Watchmaking Manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, aimed at enhancing operational control synergies and performance.

1. Currently pursuing an engineering degree with a focus on industrial management, operational excellence, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in continuous improvement and the watchmaking industry.
