Cartier Workshop Administrator

- Manage the full administrative process of repairs sent to the workshop, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with Maison guidelines, and alignment with client requests.
- Support the Workshop Manager and Workshop Coordinator in administrative tasks related to workshop operations.
- Master all repair steps in accordance with Maison guidelines and SAP processes, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct product and reference checks upon reception and register service orders with necessary information for technicians.
- Prepare cost estimates according to service policies and perform quality control against Maison standards and client requests.
- Handle invoicing and ensure accurate information transfer back to clients.
- Maintain SAP systems for correct workflow management.
- Communicate clearly with boutiques, CJI, subcontractors, and office CS teams as necessary.
- Implement policy changes as requested by the Maison and assist in monitoring repair stock control.
- Report and resolve SAP issues, assist in production process monitoring, and manage vendor administration.
- Maintain a tidy and secure work area, adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Numerate and comfortable with system processes; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
