Cartier Trainee in Clienteling and Client Services

- Support the Clienteling and Client Service teams, including cross-departmental collaboration and operational assistance for boutiques.
- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing customer loyalty initiatives such as in-boutique activations, customer gifts, and satisfaction surveys.
- Contribute to all E-CRM activities, including email campaigns.
- Support Client Service projects of the Maison.
- Prepare presentations and analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with initial practical experience in Clienteling (CRM, customer service).
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to engage with complex tasks and an analytical mindset.
- Proficient in English, with French language skills being advantageous.
- Team player with an independent, flexible, and resilient work style and quick comprehension.
- Proactive personality, adaptable to diverse tasks.
