Cartier Client Service Administrator

- Manage the administration of Care Service within the boutique, ensuring seamless operations from registration to payment.
- Implement Cartier Client Service rules and policies to uphold the brand's esteemed client experience.
- Accurately record client data and oversee notifications managed by boutique staff.
- Coordinate client repair orders with boutique staff, watchmakers, and jewelers, providing updates to clients as necessary.
- Conduct quality control and billing for in-boutique services and platform repair orders.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or letter, maintaining high standards of communication.
- Monitor stock, including spare parts and Care Service accessories, and manage orders and inventories.
- Assist in inventory checks and manage repair order delivery processes with brand partners.
- Experience in an administrative or client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP experience is advantageous.
- Client-focused with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude towards colleagues and clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Previous experience in an administrative or client service-oriented role, ideally within the luxury sector, is required.
