1. Analyze production plans to identify new supply needs.
2. Assign supply needs to suppliers in accordance with defined sourcing strategies.
3. Place orders and monitor supplier confirmations.
4. Maintain and update the order portfolio, prioritizing significant delays and critical quantities.
5. Provide visibility to stakeholders including finished product planning, workshops, methods, special orders, and other production units.
6. Track and manage performance indicators such as service rates, outstanding deliveries, and shortages, and alert in case of difficulties.
7. Participate in new product meetings to place necessary launch orders.
8. Maintain certification data for new references and regularly verify the quality of the article range.
9. Analyze medium-term load of the portfolio and share updates with partners.
10. Monitor portfolio evolution and ensure alignment with capacity.
11. Propose quarterly updates for safety stock levels.
12. Conduct regular audits of stock quality and make appropriate decisions (e.g., depletion/reclassification).
13. Propose improvements for processes, reporting, and management tools primarily developed in Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.

1. Degree from an Engineering School with a specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain.

1. Proficiency in Excel, SPA, Power BI, and Power Query.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Preferably some experience in planning within a supply chain context.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain.
