- Analyze production plans to identify new supply needs.
- Assign supply needs to suppliers in accordance with defined sourcing strategies.
- Place orders and monitor supplier confirmations.
- Maintain and update the order portfolio, prioritizing significant delays and critical quantities.
- Provide visibility to stakeholders including finished product planning, workshops, methods, special orders, and other production units.
- Track and manage performance indicators such as service rates, outstanding deliveries, and shortages, and alert in case of difficulties.
- Participate in new product meetings to place necessary launch orders.
- Maintain certification data for new references and regularly verify the quality of the article range.
- Analyze medium-term load of the portfolio and share updates with partners.
- Monitor portfolio evolution and ensure alignment with capacity.
- Propose quarterly updates for safety stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits of stock quality and make appropriate decisions (e.g., depletion/reclassification).
- Propose improvements for processes, reporting, and management tools primarily developed in Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.
- Degree from an Engineering School with a specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in Excel, SPA, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Preferably some experience in planning within a supply chain context.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain.
