Cartier Strategic Project Manager

- Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, focusing on commercial acceleration, operational excellence, client strategy, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure project alignment with Cartier Korea's strategic direction.
- Partner with Richemont Korea to co-lead joint strategic projects, ensuring integration into group-level frameworks.
- Oversee project milestones, manage dependencies, and drive resolution through stakeholder collaboration.
- Deliver regular updates and briefing materials to executive stakeholders in Cartier and Richemont.
- Support the Managing Director in defining strategic orientations and business priorities.
- Develop executive-level communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations, to articulate project goals and business recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform project strategies.
- Consolidate data for business reviews and forecasts, and prepare internal performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Business Consulting, Project Management, or strategic development projects.
- Proven experience in strategic project management and business planning.
- Ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent PowerPoint and visual communication skills.
- High level of analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
A minimum of 10 years in Business Consulting, Project Management, or strategic development projects, ideally within dynamic and cross-functional environments.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
