1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience across all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, negotiating and handling objections effectively.
4. Cultivate and manage client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
6. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and inventory management.
7. Participate in special projects such as price changes and support back-office responsibilities.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.

1. Proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Computer literacy, including MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
5. Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
6. General knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.

College degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, commission and overtime eligible.
