Cartier Stone Control Manager

- Lead daily SMO sessions to allocate and prioritize diamond and colored stone control activities.
- Oversee kitting activities to ensure the availability of stone kits for service.
- Coordinate with the new stones team to organize stone control for launch quantities and promptly address supplier deviations.
- Ensure the proper execution of stone logistics flows, including quality control results, documentation, billing, and exchanges.
- Monitor supplier quality indicators and collaborate with stone controllers and Purchasing to propose supplier support action plans.
- Suggest improvements to existing tools and identify digitalization or simplification needs in logistics flows.
- Manage a team of 11, ensuring activity distribution and skill versatility.
- Support team development by defining skill enhancement and training plans in line with expert guidance.
- Plan and anticipate team workload based on production forecasts, identifying capacity alignment levers.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and lead the team in research phases.
- Ensure proper physical stock management, including packaging, labeling, and placement.
- Identify discrepancy causes, propose solutions, and lead action plans for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with security and internal control rules in a value management environment.
- Oversee the reintegration of stones from disassembly and destruction flows.
- Degree in engineering or logistics.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong interest in logistics with a pragmatic approach.
- Proactive and curious nature, thriving in a dynamic operational environment.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and ideally PowerBi.
Proven experience in team management within a logistics or engineering context.
Degree in engineering or logistics.
