Cartier Senior Project Manager

- Develop and manage pop-up events and the presentation of creations during major events such as Watches & Wonders and Cartier Journey.
- Create creative briefs aligned with Communication, Retail, Marketing, and Image strategies and share them with agencies or external art directors.
- Translate concepts into scenography, product displays, experiences, and content.
- Oversee the technical development of projects, including plans, specifications, prototyping, guidelines, and production as applicable.
- Support and monitor market implementation: share concepts, adapt and co-create to meet local needs, oversee production and implementation.
- Conduct and/or prepare reports for each project.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) related to the project.
- Continuously monitor trends in luxury, art, and communication to conduct benchmarking sessions and share insights with creative teams regularly.
- Proactively contribute creative ideas and identify complementary partners and talents.
- Develop and monitor project management processes in coordination with partner services (Network performance, Store design, Store VM).
- Evaluate budget forecasts and regularly track expenses.
- Facilitate internal communication (planning, pop-up news, webinars).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Architecture, or Design (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Strong passion for aesthetics, including design, art, architecture, trends, and competition.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Curious and motivated with strong interpersonal skills to engage, coordinate, and communicate with various stakeholders, including international partners.
- Ability to present and advocate for projects and ideas convincingly.
- Team-oriented and proactive in proposing solutions.
- Fluency in English and French.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the luxury industry is required.
