- Define sales and production hypotheses in collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and Manufacturing departments.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends specific to High Jewelry.
- Collaborate with international Commercial and Marketing teams to develop and maintain annual sales forecasts for the product range and new releases.
- Evaluate sales potential and launch quantities for new products.
- Conduct market consultations to refine forecasts.
- Construct short and long-term production plans, considering complex production processes and timelines of High Jewelry.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimize production capacity.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders (Marketing, Distribution, Commercial) regarding product availability.
- Contribute to achieving stock objectives.
- Develop reporting (sales, stocks, market trends) using tools like Power BI/Looker to ensure process mastery.
- Develop Anaplan models for planning, tailored to High Jewelry specifics.
- Lead transformation projects related to High Jewelry planning processes, including needs definition, stakeholder management, and project delivery within quality and timeline standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning efficiency.
- Propose and advocate innovative solutions to operational challenges and transformation objectives.
- Participate in the Anaplan community and share best practices.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
- Proficient in Anaplan model building.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and/or Looker.
- Experience with SAP.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of planning experience within a luxury or similar industry in an international context.
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.
