Cartier Senior Packaging Approval Engineer

- Lead risk analysis at project initiation in collaboration with Quality, Packaging Development, and suppliers.
- Develop and oversee approval plans with internal and external teams, including defining, executing, and monitoring testing methods.
- Procure components for internal and external testing.
- Analyze test results with Quality and Packaging Development teams and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Compile approval results to provide production go-ahead to the packaging development engineer.
- Evaluate risks related to packaging decor durability and define necessary tests with suppliers and internally.
- Analyze results and recommend solutions to Packaging Development if required.
- Define test protocols in partnership with formula development personnel.
- Procure packaging for internal and external testing execution.
- Monitor and analyze interim and final results with Formulas, Quality, and Packaging Development teams.
- Ensure compliance of packaging articles with company standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Approve products to adapt to technical, regulatory, commercial, and strategic changes during the product lifecycle.
- Collect and organize data for product dossier compilation.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the industrial sector of cosmetic or perfume packaging.
- Strong knowledge of packaging implementation technologies and conditioning.
- Meticulous and methodical with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Cooperative and proactive.
