Responsibilities
- Define and lead risk analyses at the start of projects with Quality, Packaging Development, and suppliers.
- Create approval plans with internal and external teams, including defining, executing, and monitoring test methods and ranges.
- Procure components for internal and external testing.
- Analyze test results with Quality and Packaging Development and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Compile all approval results to provide production go-ahead to the packaging development engineer.
- Evaluate risks on packaging decor durability.
- Define tests to be conducted with suppliers and internally.
- Analyze results and recommend solutions to Packaging Development if needed.
- Define test protocols in partnership with the formula development team.
- Procure packaging for internal and external testing.
- Monitor and analyze interim and final results with Formulas, Quality, and Packaging Development.
- Ensure compliance of packaging items with requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Approve products to adapt to technical, regulatory, commercial, and strategic changes.
- Collect and format data to compile the product dossier.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in the industrial sector of cosmetic or perfume packaging.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of packaging technologies and their implementation.
- Rigorous and methodical approach.
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Cooperative and proactive attitude.
