- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data in collaboration with the Market Planning Manager to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across product categories.
- Support the preparation of quarterly sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Prepare regular sales reports to assess sales performance against targets, providing actionable insights to enhance strategies and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the overall competition assessment review on Airport Boutique performance metrics.
- Analyze product performance to recommend adjustments in assortment mix and rationalization.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective assortment strategies that align with network specificities and customer preferences.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance across categories, recommending adjustments to optimize the assortment for maximum sales impact.
- Partner with commercial team to share best practices and benchmark performance among the community, ensuring a cohesive approach to assortment planning.
- Assist in product launches, budget management, and ROI tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging tools, using insights to shape product assortment and marketing initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the luxury or travel retail sectors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strategic thinker, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the luxury or travel retail sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
