- Participate in defining merchandising processes and tools with peers.
- Adjust interactions and operational modalities with Product Marketing, Operations, and regional markets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure coherent execution of merchandising strategy.
- Coordinate the establishment of appropriate forums and prepare presentation materials.
- Contribute to the development of a strong merchandising culture and global community.
- Analyze category performance to provide optimization recommendations and inform collection plans.
- Support sales forecasting in collaboration with product marketing, operations, and commercial teams.
- Assist operational and local teams in implementing rapid action plans to boost sales.
- Participate in defining visible assortment guidelines for the entire offer and new launches.
- Contribute to space planning and display recommendations.
- Propose optimizations and evolutions aligned with product strategy and market needs.
- Contribute to launch strategies, ensuring execution and consistency across markets.
- Organize operational aspects of showrooms in collaboration with merchandising directors and marketing teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising/buying and/or marketing roles, centrally or locally.
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury sector and curiosity about market trends.
- Experience in hard luxury, internationally and/or in retail, is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly developed sense of performance, analysis, and synthesis.
- Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset.
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and rapid execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
A minimum of 5 years in merchandising, buying, or marketing roles, with experience in central or local markets.
Degree from a Business School or Engineering School.
