Cartier Senior High Jewellery Manager

- Lead the High-End business activities in High Jewelry, Fine Watch Making, and Fine Jewelry Watch, including Tradition and Special Orders in Taiwan.
- Develop and implement the High-End business strategy and yearly action plan.
- Provide insightful feedback across marketing, merchandising, training, communication, retail, and events.
- Achieve steady sales growth by leveraging client networking and developing High-End sales talent.
- Elevate event profiles to attract a premium client base with a strong purchasing history.
- Manage discounts to protect business margins and ensure strict adherence to commercial rules.
- Nurture relationships with VIP clients to ensure long-term loyalty and brand engagement.
- Manage and optimize the yearly budget for customer treatment in collaboration with the CRS team.
- Convey Cartier's heritage, legacy, and expertise in High-End product categories.
- Connect international, regional, and local training teams to develop appropriate content and modules.
- Guide the merchandising team on defining High-End Model Stock by Boutique.
- Ensure the highest service standards on orders and deliveries, and assist in difficult complaint cases for VIP clients.
- Proven track record in luxury retail management, particularly in high jewelry or high-end products.
