- Manage daily operations of the sector, including team management, technical oversight, quality assurance, productivity, and timelines.
- Organize the department efficiently, recruit suitable profiles, evaluate performance, and develop team potential and expertise.
- Act as a communication liaison, promoting the brand's values among team members.
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Maintain, support, and enhance Quality, Delivery, and Productivity performance in the sector.
- Oversee existing processes and participate in the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
- Manage workload and capacity within the sector.
- Facilitate information sharing among partners and team members.
- Monitor production and prepare sector reports.
- Propose improvements in production methods, ergonomics, flow, tools, and quality.
- Implement and manage self-control processes.
- Analyze non-conformity issues and implement corrective actions in collaboration with Quality and Methods teams.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives within the sector.
- Drive continuous improvement projects in the work environment.
- Engineering degree, advanced technical diploma, or equivalent education.
- Several years of experience in the industry with knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, particularly machining.
- Familiarity with specific technical processes such as polishing and bonding.
- Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of management, planning tools, and performance indicators.
- Agility and change management capability.
- Strong stress resistance.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and listening skills.
- Ability to unite teams.

Several years of experience in the industry with expertise in mechanical manufacturing processes.
Engineering degree, advanced technical diploma, or equivalent education.
