1. Manage daily operations of the sector, including team management, technical oversight, quality assurance, productivity, and timelines.
2. Organize the department efficiently, recruit suitable profiles, evaluate performance, and develop team potential and expertise.
3. Act as a communication liaison, promoting the brand's values among team members.
4. Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
5. Maintain, support, and enhance Quality, Delivery, and Productivity performance in the sector.
6. Oversee existing processes and participate in the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
7. Manage workload and capacity within the sector.
8. Facilitate information sharing among partners and team members.
9. Monitor production and prepare sector reports.
10. Propose improvements in production methods, ergonomics, flow, tools, and quality.
11. Implement and manage self-control processes.
12. Analyze non-conformity issues and implement corrective actions in collaboration with Quality and Methods teams.
13. Lead problem-solving initiatives within the sector.
14. Drive continuous improvement projects in the work environment.

1. Engineering degree, advanced technical diploma, or equivalent education.
2. Several years of experience in the industry with knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, particularly machining.
3. Familiarity with specific technical processes such as polishing and bonding.

1. Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems.
2. Knowledge of management, planning tools, and performance indicators.
3. Agility and change management capability.
4. Strong stress resistance.
5. Excellent communication, teaching, and listening skills.
6. Ability to unite teams.

Several years of experience in the industry with expertise in mechanical manufacturing processes.
