- Experience in leading complex business environments or projects.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
7 to 10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of leading leaders and managing direct reports.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
