- Manage daily operations of the sector, focusing on team management, technical oversight, quality assurance, and meeting deadlines.
- Organize the department optimally, recruit suitable profiles, evaluate performance, and develop team potential and expertise.
- Act as a communication liaison, promoting the Maison's values among team members.
- Maintain a healthy, supportive, and stimulating work environment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and support eco-responsibility initiatives.
- Maintain existing processes and participate in the implementation of new manufacturing processes and products.
- Manage sector workload and capacity in collaboration with scheduling teams.
- Monitor production and prepare sector reports.
- Propose technical solutions for new products and enhance production processes (ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, quality).
- Analyze non-conformities and implement corrective actions in partnership with Quality and Methods teams.
- Formal training in arts and crafts (enameling, jewelry, setting, polishing, lacquering) or equivalent technical education.
- Several years of management experience.
- Solution-oriented mindset with agility in change management.
- Strong stress resilience.
- Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
- Ability to unite and motivate teams.
- Rigorous, responsible, and proactive nature.
Several years of experience in management within the arts and crafts sector.
Formal training in arts and crafts or equivalent technical education.
