1. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a delightful and memorable shopping experience for clients.
2. Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, understanding clients' needs to recommend suitable products.
4. Ensure store displays and product presentations meet company standards.
5. Participate actively in daily boutique operations, including setup and maintenance.
6. Cultivate and manage client relationships through outstanding service and CRM initiatives.
7. Support in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
8. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
9. Assist in merchandising, inventory management, and special projects as needed.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.

College degree and above preferred.
