- Act as a brand ambassador to provide a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Deliver high-quality customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure store displays meet company standards.
- Capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate as needed.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Comply with security and operational policies.
- Assist with daily store operations and maintenance.
- College degree and above preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment. General knowledge of timepiece movements.
Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and to travel for trainings, client events, conferences.
