1. Provide qualified consultation to an exclusive clientele.
2. Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
3. Manage customer traffic and greet clients.
4. Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
5. Implement a New Retail strategy, including E-Commerce, Distant Sales, Virtual Sales Ceremony, and Traffic Management.
6. Offer personalized service to VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
7. Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining the customer database and preparing inventory.
8. Engage in networking activities, including attending local events and digital sales events.

1. Completed training or a background in a customer and service-oriented environment.
2. Initial sales experience is preferred.

1. Curiosity and a unique interest in innovative sales approaches.
2. Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
3. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
4. Familiarity with digital tools such as customer apps like 'MyClient' and Click and Collect systems.

Some experience in sales is preferred, especially in customer-focused environments.

Completed vocational training or equivalent experience in a related field.
