- Provide qualified consultation to an exclusive clientele.
- Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Manage customer traffic and greet clients.
- Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
- Implement a New Retail strategy, including E-Commerce strategies, Distant Sales, Virtual Sales Ceremonies, and customer engagement through the 'MyClients' app.
- Offer personalized service to VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining the customer database and preparing inventory.
- Network by attending local events and digital sales events.
- Completed training or experience in a customer and service-oriented environment.
- Experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watchmaking.
- Excellent knowledge of New Retail, including digital sales and networking.
- Curiosity and a unique interest in innovative sales approaches.
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate presence.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as customer apps like 'MyClient' and Click and Collect systems.
