1. Provide qualified advice to exclusive clientele
2. Actively acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
3. Manage customer traffic and greet clients
4. Assist customers with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations
5. Implement a New Retail strategy, including E-Commerce, Distant Sales, Virtual Sales Ceremony, and traffic management
6. Provide personal service to VIP clients and maintain local business relationships
7. Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining the customer database and preparing inventory
8. Network by attending local events and digital sales events

1. Completed training or career change from a customer and service-oriented environment
2. Experience in luxury goods sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watches
3. Excellent knowledge of New Retail, including digital sales and networking
4. Curiosity and interest in innovative sales methods
5. Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor
6. Proficiency in German and English, additional languages are a plus
7. Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate appearance
8. Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems
9. Familiarity with digital tools such as customer apps like 'MyClient' and Click and Collect systems
