- Develop sales strategies focused on customer engagement, product presentation, and negotiation, adhering to the Maison's techniques and expertise.
- Achieve quantitative objectives such as revenue growth, application of discounts according to internal procedures, and monitoring average transaction values.
- Manage after-sales services and track conversion rates linked to sales records.
- Ensure qualitative objectives by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client expectations, and effectively presenting and negotiating products.
- Adhere to boutique procedures and safety regulations from opening to closing, including during sales transactions.
- Follow management procedures for discounts, refunds, exchanges, tax-free sales, and cash handling.
- Record sales data and process transactions in compliance with internal procedures.
- Manage after-sales service operations and utilize the CRM system for client data management.
- Actively participate in boutique activities, including team meetings, challenges, events, and inventory management.
- Oversee merchandising quality and boutique appearance, ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Manage supply orders specific to the boutique's needs.
- Higher education with a focus on commerce or a related field.
- Significant initial experience in a boutique environment is appreciated.
- Proficiency in computer and office tools.
- Knowledge of watchmaking and jewelry is appreciated.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another language is appreciated.
- Excellent sales skills with a strong results orientation.
