1. Participate in a two-year accelerated Retail Management Program across Europe.
2. Engage in various missions to understand all aspects of boutique operations.
3. Develop boutique management skills through hands-on experience.
4. Collaborate with different business areas within Cartier to gain comprehensive retail insights.
5. Contribute to team efforts in diverse international settings.

1. Fluency in English and one additional language.
2. Minimum of five years' experience in digital, marketing, retail, or client services.
3. MBA/MA preferred.
