- Participate in a two-year accelerated Retail Management program.
- Engage in various missions across Europe to learn all aspects of boutique operations.
- Develop boutique management skills through rotations and missions in different business areas.
- Build knowledge, skills, and responsibility by working alongside experienced staff.
- Fluent in English and one other language.
- At least five years of experience in digital, marketing, retail, or client services.
- MBA/MA is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
- Open-minded and curious.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work in diverse international teams.
