1. Participate in a two-year accelerated Retail Management program.
2. Engage in various missions across Europe to learn all aspects of boutique operations.
3. Develop boutique management skills through rotations and missions in different business areas.
4. Build knowledge, skills, and responsibility by working alongside experienced staff.

1. Fluent in English and one other language.
2. At least five years of experience in digital, marketing, retail, or client services.
3. MBA/MA is preferred.
