Responsibilities
- Steer the area commercial strategy to drive a strong long-term vision and sales management.
- Develop the domestic retail network and commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Implement retail strategy to ensure annual business objectives are met.
- Manage business partnerships with landlords and dealers.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Drive boutiques' performance through sales and KPI analysis.
- Strategically plan and maximize the efficiency of sales incentives.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop tools and processes for clienteling.
- Ensure retail excellence and support brand activities and projects.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback for career development.
- Drive retention of store and retail team through collaboration with HR.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance in boutique operations.
- Identify opportunities for boutique openings, renovations, or closures.
- Manage boutique budgets and costs.
- Regularly visit boutiques and provide feedback.
- Control and minimize operational risk based on compliance guidelines.
- Engage with store projects through networking strategy development and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 16-18 years of experience in the luxury global company and industry
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail industry, especially high jewelry and watch knowledge or interest
- 9-10 years of leadership experience with team management, especially large teams
