- Develop and steer the commercial strategy to achieve long-term sales vision and targets.
- Enhance the domestic retail network and implement strategies to meet qualitative and quantitative sales objectives.
- Collaborate with business partners, including landlords and dealers, alongside the Commercial Director.
- Create and execute action plans to achieve sales targets, utilizing sales and KPI analysis to drive boutique performance.
- Strategically plan and optimize sales incentives to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop tools and processes for clienteling excellence.
- Ensure retail compliance and support brand activities such as events and pop-ups.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback for career development and team retention.
- Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance and supporting brand projects.
- Identify opportunities for boutique openings, renovations, and closures, monitoring network footprint.
- Supervise internal boutiques, manage budgets, and minimize operational risks.
- Engage in brand representation through strategic networking and planning execution.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 16-18 years of experience in a luxury global company.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail industry, particularly in high jewelry and watches.
- At least 9-10 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing large teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business English communication skills.
- Team spirit, autonomous attitude, open-mindedness, and passion.
