1. Steer the area commercial strategy to drive a strong long-term vision and sales management.
2. Develop the domestic retail network and commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.
3. Implement retail strategy to ensure annual business objectives are met.
4. Manage business partnerships with landlords and dealers.
5. Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
6. Drive boutiques' performance through sales and KPI analysis.
7. Strategically plan and maximize the efficiency of sales incentives.
8. Collaborate with the CRM team to develop tools and processes for clienteling.
9. Ensure retail excellence and support brand activities and projects.
10. Provide coaching, training, and feedback for career development.
11. Drive retention of store and retail team through collaboration with HR.
12. Ensure operational excellence and compliance in boutique operations.
13. Identify opportunities for boutique openings, renovations, or closures.
14. Manage boutique budgets and costs.
15. Regularly visit boutiques and provide feedback.
16. Control and minimize operational risk based on compliance guidelines.
17. Engage with store projects through networking strategy development and execution.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 16-18 years of experience in the luxury global company and industry
3. Strong understanding of the luxury retail industry, especially high jewelry and watch knowledge or interest
4. 9-10 years of leadership experience with team management, especially large teams
