Cartier Retail Business Performance & Projects Specialist

- Monitor retail performance by defining, assessing, updating, and following up on boutique and market KPIs.
- Consolidate and assess weekly estimates and monthly budgets/targets for boutiques.
- Set up annual budgets, estimates, and plans per boutique, distinguishing between core business and high-end segments.
- Issue monthly dashboards and provide ad hoc analysis and sales reports per market and boutique.
- Support boutiques with requests concerning figures, KPIs, and operating systems.
- Create ad hoc reports for management and boutiques, enhancing automation and accessibility of performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Contribute to the development of individual KPIs and performance tools.
- Serve as the retail department's referent for performance-related topics.
- Ensure the continuous and accurate application of the boutique remuneration scheme.
- Coordinate and contribute to the organization of regular Boutique Managers’ meetings.
- Support retail management with research and insights, contributing to boutique renovation and extension projects.
- Monitor commercial footprint initiatives and the evolution of key competing brands in the region.
- Coordinate and co-prepare the annual strategic plan with retail management and other departments.
- Ensure the roll-out and usage development of dedicated digital tools.
- Coordinate clients’ business development approach, proposing projects to attract new foreign or local clients.
- Contribute to Cartier's specific Chinese Business Development initiatives.
- Oversee and monitor boutique commissioned business.
- University or Business School graduate
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Italian
- Knowledge of financial planning dynamics and performance analysis in the retail channel
- Strong predisposition for analysis and detail
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Advanced knowledge of Google Looker Studio
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is required.
University or Business School degree
