- Supervise the series life and product improvement activities within the High Jewelry division.
- Organize quality data capitalization.
- Lead technical and quality projects.
- Collect and diagnose quality returns from the customer service department.
- Establish and manage action plans related to quality returns.
- Disseminate quality indicators associated with customer feedback.
- Gather best practices, technical issues, and customer feedback from experts and workshop leaders.
- Plan and lead the technical community based on collected topics.
- Develop a catalog of standard components and systems.
- Pilot technical and quality projects, including defining objectives, planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project outcomes and measure benefits.
- Facilitate innovation topics within the division and coordinate with production units for technical issue escalation.
- Engineering degree with experience in quality project management.
- Experience in an industrial environment where quality plays a strategic role.

A minimum of initial experience in quality project management within an industrial setting is required.
