- Manage the quality performance of the Bezannes site, overseeing the quality control team for finished products, semi-finished goods, and components.
- Define quality standards and support production processes.
- Oversee client and supplier relationships, including handling complaints, environmental quality standards, contract reviews, and audits.
- Ensure the quality assurance of new products, including prototypes and pre-series.
- Formalize and manage the quality management system, including documentation and metrology.
- Lead internal audits and self-evaluation processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including customs regulations and internal audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, developing and managing the site's progress plan.
- Lead projects within the scope of responsibility and support the deployment of initiatives aligned with Cartier's vision.
- Maintain the operational management system's dynamism through briefings, problem-solving, and performance indicators.
- Degree from an engineering school, preferably with a specialization in quality.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pragmatic, rigorous, and solution-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 10 years in industrial quality management, ideally within high-end or luxury craftsmanship.
